When you order 12 or more staff, we will send you an extra staff person for free.

We have a service training program. We recognized that there are several service levels. Staff are constantly trained and evaluated, and paid accordingly. Training and paying people well helps us retain excellent staff and ensure quality in service.

We have full-time staffing coordinators answering our phones. When you call Michaels you will get a voice not a machine. Our staffing coordinators are experienced servers and party planners and can help you determine staffing numbers and staffing levels.
